Tanya James began her career in the Fashion Industry working as a dress Buyer for Van Buren Neiman one of New York’s leading resident buying offices. Although she loved her position, another great opportunity came along. The President of a 52 Store Specialty Chain wanted her services for his organization.
Tanya accepted his offer and moved into a more exciting area of the Retail Industry where she learned much more about the business of Fashion.
However, as greater opportunities presented themselves, eventually Tanya became a Fashion Editor. As a contributing Fashion Editor for Women World Magazine Tanya enjoyed working with top Fashion houses, Photographers and Models producing trend setting Fashion News layouts. All her positions required extensive world travel.
Although Tanya enjoyed all of her positions in Fashion that she worked, she also discovered she had a love for technology. As an innovative thinker Tanya began her first business brainchild the home shopping network called Image Makers.
The business concept behind Image Makers allowed woman the opportunity to purchase designer fashions over cable television. Her next innovation was Image-Makers of Hollywood, the business that permitted her the ability to combine her retail and styling talents at the same time. Tanya began to wardrobe a host of celebrities as well as to style for Photo sessions, Videos, TV, Films and live fashion show productions.
Tanya realized she had something special for the Visual Arts. Tanya decided to go back to school and learn as much as she could about the Film and Television production business. After graduating from the Center for Media Arts and taking New Media Business and Multimedia Presentation Design classes at NYU Tanya began to producing a variety of Television programs that sent her again traveling around the world. During that process Tanya also attended graduate school studying Media arts and information Systems management/Ecommerce eventually achieving her MBA in 2013.

Martin’s accomplishments have been recognized through a number of awards, including:
• President’s Award (Visa) for leading sales and product teams in capturing 91% of the commercial payments market share within the US Federal Government. He also lead State, Local, and Higher Education teams to over 70% market share.
• Sax-Baldridge award for small business consulting (via Duke University) for pro-bono strategy and business planning consulting for Brown Estate Vineyards in Napa Valley, California. Brown Estate Vineyards has evolved from a grape producer to an award-winning vintner.
Initially exposed to wearables technology as a fitness enthusiast, Martin has developed a passion for the boundless possibilities that lie ahead for this market within fashion, payments, retail, healthcare, and other industries.
Being a strong advocate for children’s causes, Martin has served on national and Washington, DC based governing boards, including KaBoom!, Beauvoir-The National Cathedral Elementary School, and the Bethesda Soccer Club.

Businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist Ruben Johnson demonstrated a knack for financial and business matters early in his life. Armed with unyielding ambition inherited a tenacity for making a deal and carving out a better life for himself from the bottom up Ruben Johnson rapidly rose to the level of one of the premiere figures in Essex county, NJ through his stake and ownership in nightlife venues, concert promotion, real estate and philanthropic efforts.
Ruben Johnson emerged early as accomplished concert promoter. his success in this field reached astonishing bounds as many of his showcases were displayed in some of the nation’s finest entertainment venues. Johnson provided a platform for several award winning artist with names that include Stevie wonder, Earth, Wind and Fire, Lou Rawl, the commodores, sly and the family stone along with many others. Johnson Foray in the arts only broadened as he created and developed the first sate of the art studio in all of metropolitan Essex county, NJ.
Ruben is also very much admired by many for the amount of small businesses he both founded, owned and operated. The businesses owned by Johnson provided several hundred jobs for Essex county residents over many years. His businesses and establishments included but aren’t limited to restaurants, nightclubs, an electric supply company, clothing store, salons, media and oil renewal company.
Onyx Energy based out Louisiana was founded by Ruben as the company specializes in maintaining interest in both fossil fuels and renewable energy. In addition he currently owns a highly successful media company known as Goshen media based out of Tennessee. Johnson is also known for his several nightclub ventures all throughout Essex county. His nightclub establishment Paradiso is still known to be the largest nightclub venue in all of the city of Newark. Even more impressive Ruben Johnson acted as general contractor for all his establishments.
An ambitious entrepreneur, Johnson saw concert promotion and small business as just part of growing his domain. With already being successful in business, Johnson understood that real estate is at the core of almost every business and with that knowledge Johnson later would make the successful transition into the world of real estate. Johnson has a list of many accomplishments in the world of real estate that include but not limited to: Developing a 25,000 square foot strip mall in the heart of Newark’s central business district and created significant cash flow to the principals. The comprehensive construction of over 3500 residential units. Johnson developed structured housing sites for the disadvantaged and homeless population with finding subsidizes from the state of New Jersey and additionally partnering with a local developer to plan and develop an 11 acre mixed use development that consisted of 300 units of luxury and middle-income housing units.
For many years Johnson’s character ultimately submerge him him into becoming a key instrument betterment of the community. Living by the motto and the understanding that with great gifts comes greater responsibility, one of Ruben Johnson’s greatest personal accomplishments came in the year 2004 for when he founded the nonprofit organization of newly destined. The newly destined brand has been known for giving back to the newark area students by the donations of school supplies, book bags, school uniforms, and winter coats for those stricken by unfortunate circumstances caused by their inopportune communities.
The philanthropic efforts do not end there for Mr. Johnson as is known for his many contributions to charities such as St. Jude’s Children Hospital, the Feed the children foundation where he serves as a member of the prestigious inner circle, and charity that Johnson holds very dear called Smile Train which is an international charity that provides cleft palate surgery for young children in need of surgical procedure.
Ruben Johnson has received numerous awards and recognition for his many contribution to those who are less fortunate. He serves as a member and received recognition of both the National Urban League and the NAACP. He has been awarded the “key to the city” by the two largest city in their respected states. The cities of Newark New Jersey and Birmingham Alabama both presented the esteemed recognition to Johnson for his many contributions to their cities and the surrounding areas.
